  • Turn on your device.

How to enter an Amazon code?

For Redeeming Gift Cards:

  • Go to Amazon.com: Open your web browser and navigate to Amazon’s official website, Amazon.com.
    • Log In to Your Account: Sign in to your Amazon account if you’re not already logged in. You’ll need to enter your email address and password.
  • Access Your Account: Hover your cursor over “Accounts & Lists” at the top right corner of the Amazon homepage. From the drop-down menu, click on “Your Account.”
  • Gift Cards & Promotional Codes: In the “Your Account” section, locate the “Gift Cards & Promotional Codes” option and click on it.
  • Redeem a Gift Card: On the next page, under “Amazon Gift Cards,” click on the “Redeem a Gift Card” button.
  • Enter the Code: Enter the code exactly as it appears on your gift card or in the email containing the code. Be careful to input it accurately.
  • Click “Apply to Your Account”: After entering the code, click the “Apply to Your Account” button.
  • Confirmation: Amazon will verify the code, and if it’s valid, the balance or credit associated with the code will be added to your Amazon account.

How to access the Amazon Prime Video app and register your Device on amazon.com/code?

  • Press the menu button on your remote.
  • Open Video or My Apps and select the Prime Video app.
  • Click on the [Sign in] option.
  • Keep the six-digit activation code that appears on the screen.
  • Open the amazon.com/code in an Internet browser on your Device.
  • Sign in to your Amazon Prime account or create a new account.
  • Enter the registration code from your screen, then click on Register Device.
  • You will then be able to view Prime Video content on your TV.
